PERFORMANCE & DURABILITY

We perform the following tests to ensure the proper performance of surgical instruments:

• T/C welding involves welding together two pieces of metal that are meant to join permanently.
• Final blade grinding ensures all edges are smooth enough for safe use in surgery or other procedures where there is direct contact with human flesh.
• Laser welding measures how well laser welding can hold up under pressure without breaking apart or changing color due to heat exposure during autoclaving cycles.
